Data controller

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the data controller is Damlanur Kolaylı, operating individually under the trade name 1RightClick (address: Nuripaşa, 14. Sk. No:6, Zeytinburnu/İstanbul; email: support@1rightclick.com). This page also serves as our information notice under Article 10 of KVKK.

Personal data we process

• Identity data: name and surname.
• Contact data: email address, phone number, company name.
• Transaction data: proposals, order and payment records, payment amount and date.
• Communication content: messages you send us and notes from our calls.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information recorded in our hosting provider's server logs.

We do not collect or store your card details. Card payments are entered directly on PayTR's secure payment page.

• To answer your inquiries and schedule calls.
• To prepare proposals and perform our contract with you.
• To process payments and refunds.
• To meet our legal obligations, such as keeping records.
• To keep this website secure.

Legal grounds

We process personal data on the grounds set out in Article 5(2) of KVKK: it is necessary for entering into or performing a contract (c), for complying with a legal obligation (ç), and for our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f). We only send marketing messages with your explicit consent.

Who we share it with

Personal data is shared only as far as needed for the purposes above: with PayTR, a payment institution licensed under Law No. 6493, to process payments; with the email, hosting, and software providers we use to deliver our services; and with public authorities when required by law. Some of these providers may store data outside Türkiye; in that case the transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and styles are loaded from third-party content delivery networks (Google Fonts and the Tailwind CSS CDN), which technically receive your IP address in order to deliver these files.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods required by law (for example, commercial and tax records). After that, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed, and request information if it is;
• learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used accordingly;
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred;
• request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate;
• request its deletion or destruction;
• request that corrections, deletions, or destructions be notified to third parties it was transferred to;
• object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis;
• claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

Send your request by email to support@1rightclick.com or in writing to the address above. We will respond free of charge as soon as possible, and within 30 days at the latest.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
