Seller:
Buyer: the person or business that approves a proposal and pays for a service through a PayTR payment page or payment link sent by the Seller (the "Buyer"). The Buyer's name, contact, and payment details are those provided during the proposal and payment process.
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties, under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, for the service the Buyer orders electronically from the Seller. The information on this page is provided to the Buyer before the contract is concluded and also serves as the Preliminary Information Form.
Services offered: AI Automation, AI Lead Generation, Custom AI Agent, CRM and Sales Automation, and AI Workshops. Each service is priced at $1,000 per month. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and total amount are set out in the written proposal approved by the Buyer. Prices are stated in US dollars (USD); if payment is taken in Turkish Lira (TL), the amount is converted at the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (TCMB) US dollar selling rate on the payment date, and the TL amount is shown before payment. No shipping or other additional fees are charged.
Payment is made by credit or debit card through PayTR, a payment institution licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye under Law No. 6493, using PayTR's secure payment page or a PayTR payment link sent by the Seller. Card details are entered directly on PayTR's secure page; the Seller does not see or store them.
Our services are delivered digitally and remotely. There is no physical shipment, so no shipping company or shipping fee is involved. Work starts on the start date stated in the approved proposal, once payment has been received. Deliverables — such as automations, AI agents, integrations, reports, and workshop sessions — are handed over by email, through access to the systems we set up in your accounts, and over video calls, within the timeline set out in the proposal. Monthly services continue month by month until you cancel; you can cancel the next month at any time before it starts.
The Seller performs the service within the scope and timeline stated in the proposal, with due care.
If the Buyer is a consumer, the Buyer may withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of the contract date, without giving a reason and without paying a penalty. To withdraw, it is enough to notify the Seller within this period by email (support@1rightclick.com), by phone (+90 507 162 00 70), or in writing.
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services whose performance has started, with the Buyer's approval, before the withdrawal period ends.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Seller refunds all payments received within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, to the payment method used by the Buyer and at no cost to the Buyer. How long a card refund takes to appear on the statement depends on the bank. Other cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Delivery & Refund Policy.
The Buyer confirms having read and understood the preliminary information in this agreement, and accepts the agreement electronically by approving the proposal and making the payment. The Seller keeps the agreement and related records for the period required by law.
Disputes are handled by the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade. Where the Buyer is not a consumer, Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.
This agreement is concluded electronically and enters into force when the Buyer approves the proposal and makes the payment.
